Most likely, yes. Indostra connects with standard ESC/POS thermal printers (Epson, TVS, etc.) over network or USB. We route KOTs to the kitchen and bills to the cashier automatically.

What happens if the internet is slow?

Our system is optimized for Indian mobile networks. The menu is ultra-lightweight and loads fast on patchy 4G. An active connection is required to send orders to the kitchen.

Can I accept UPI payments at the table?

Yes. We integrate with major payment gateways. Guests can split the bill, tip, and pay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), credit card, or choose 'Cash' to pay at the counter.

Is it hard for non-tech staff to learn?

We built the Kitchen Display and Waiter App to be as simple as WhatsApp. Most staff learn it in under 15 minutes. Tutorials are available in English and Hindi.

Can I hide items that go out of stock?

Instantly. ‘86’ any item from your dashboard or directly from the kitchen tablet — it disappears from every guest menu within seconds.
